Rentals
Owners who rent a part or all of their home are still responsible to the community for the maintenance of the property and payment of LVCA fees and assessments and the actions of their tenants. All tenants are encouraged to quickly enjoy the benefits of becoming involved as much as they desire in community meals and other activities, including business and team meetings and any other events. Any tenants with pets or children are also responsible for their activities and their appropriate behavior with respect to other community members and property.
