Buying a lot entitles the owner to all privileges of the community and includes membership and fees of the Liberty Village Community Association (LVCA). We have a builder who has built 15 of the present homes and offers standard prices for new construction of the specific floor plans. A lot buyer may also consider whether they want to engage an architect and builder of their own choice to complete different designs or negotiate with the community’s builder for variation in the present design packages.
Current and future homes can vary in size from 1,000 to 2,600 sq. ft. Beginning price for a completed home will be about $278,000* plus any upgrade options.
